Did you know that we can choose how we want to age? This program is designed to show how anyone can stay feeling young and vibrant. The gentle techniques target poor posture, chronic pain, back & joint issues, hip & knee replacements, loss of energy & mobility and prevent muscle atrophy. Growing Young is suitable for everyone, no matter their age. Exercises include mostly chair based and some standing.

Chair Yoga

A gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support.Participants will learn many kinds of yoga postures, breathing techniques, meditation, and ways of relaxation, with the aid of a chair.

Series of 6 Health & Wellbeing Workshops

Fridays, May 25th to June 29th (6 weeks) from 9:30 – 11:00 a.m.

This health and wellbeing series will give you the tools needed to live a more mindful, calmer and overall healthier lifestyle. You will learn about meditation, healing physically, emotionally and spiritually and how to remove stress from your lifestyle. Each session includes meditation practice.

Must have prior meditation experience or have taken intro to meditation to attend this workshop series.
