This class begins with some traditional yoga poses in a gentle soft flow. Benefits are
many, assisting with flexibility, strength, endurance and balance in this beautiful
combination of breath, meditation and movement.
For the second portion of practice we slow things down, focusing on the deep tissue, our
connective tissue in a series of Yin Yoga postures. We move to the “inside”, focusing on
our breath and learn to “let go”. So good for the body, mind, and spirit!
