Join us for an opportunity to share your story, hear about others’ experiences,
experience new activities, and gather information. There will be opportunities to
participate in crafts, painting, fitness (some activities may have a cost, but that will
be communicated in advance). Coffee, tea and cookies will be provided.

This is a drop-in group. There is no commitment. There is no fee to attend.
