This health and wellbeing series will give you the tools needed to live a more mindful, calmer and overall healthier lifestyle. You will learn about meditation, healing physically, emotionally and spiritually and how to remove stress from your lifestyle. Each session includes meditation practice. Must have prior meditation experience or taken intro to meditation to attend this workshop series. (No class Feb. 22nd)
