During this 11-part Meditation Experiment, we’ll explore what meditation is, test various hypotheses, and practice both meditating and integrating meditation into daily life, to discover what our minds are up to and how we can direct them to enhance personal well-being.
This class is designed for beginners and long-time meditators alike; everyone is welcome, and no prior experience with meditation is required.
