Let’s take a walk together to Sargent Sundae to enjoy a treat (you are responsible for purchasing your own treat).
Come up to the Centre and we will walk together to Sargent Sundae and sit in the courtyard next to the building and enjoy our treats then walk back to the Centre together.WEATHER PERMITTING

Dates and Planned Activities at Assiniboine Park:
Meet at 10:00 a.m., activity to follow. Then we will all have our lunch together.

July 23 – Yoga in the Park with our instructor Mary Lou
July 30 – Zumba Gold with Julia
August 6 – Paint Along with Paula in the Park
August 13 – Spring Forest QiGong with Jan
August 20 – Our ever-popular Scavenger Hunt

LOCATION: Assiniboine Park. We have changed our meeting location. It is now at the large shelter next to the duck pond. In the past we met next to duck pond in front of the Park Café, we will not be doing that this time. If the weather is not suitable then we will move the activity to the Centre.
