Players are required to register in the time slot they are currently playing
in.

You are encouraged to register prior to December 16th in order to maintain
your current time slot. If you wish to play in a different time slot, please
email me at samantha@stjamescentre.com; if there is room players will be
moved after the 16th at the discretion of the Centre if openings exist in
the time slot they requested. Note however that each time slot will be
capped at 32 players.

For the January to March session, the cost for Pickleball is unchanged at
$45 for all current members of the St. James Assiniboia 55+ Centre. (Annual
Centre membership is $40).

Many people have been inquiring about how to save their spots for April when
they go away for the Winter. In order to address this, we will allow players
to hold their Winter Session spot by registering for and paying the $45.00
fee. Then, upon arrival of Spring Session, the list will reflect the held
spots and players will not have to worry about losing their place when they
return in the Spring. You will still be required to register and pay for the
Spring session but will have priority since you were registered in the
previous session.

If you choose not to pay for the Winter session, you will not be guaranteed
a spot in your preferred time slot for the April to June session.
